Privacy policy

This notice explains what personal data we collect when you shop here, why, who we share it with, and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

Your name, mobile number and, if you give it, your email address.
Delivery and billing addresses, and a GSTIN if you buy for a business.
Your orders, returns (including any photos you upload), wishlist and messages to us.
Payment details are handled by our payment gateway, Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Why we use it

To take, deliver and support your orders, and to issue GST invoices.
To confirm your number with a one-time code by SMS, and to prevent fraud.
To send order and delivery updates by email.
To send cart reminders and offers only if you tick the box at checkout or in your account.

Who we share it with

We share only what each needs, and we never sell your data:

Courier and delivery partners — your name, phone and delivery address.
Razorpay — to process payments and refunds.
SMS and email providers — your number or email, and the message.
NitStack — the platform that hosts this store and processes data on our behalf.
Government authorities — when the law requires it (for example, tax records).

How long we keep it

We keep your account details until you ask us to delete them. Orders and invoices are kept for as long as GST law requires, without your contact details once you ask for deletion. Messages we send you, and our conversations with you, are kept for 12 months.

Your rights

See or correct your data: your details, addresses and orders are in My account. Ask us through the Contact page for a summary of everything we hold.
Delete your data: My account → Privacy → Request deletion.
Withdraw consent to offers: My account → Privacy, or the unsubscribe link in any message. Order updates still reach you.
Nominate someone to use these rights for you if you die or become unable to.
Complain: write to our grievance officer (details on the Contact page). If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart, checkout and sign-in working. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies.
